As CRO at BookNook, Tim Radaich leads the sales, marketing and customer success functions, and is responsible for achieving the company's growth goals. Tim takes a customer-centric and data-driven approach, helping his teams build strong customer relationships as they seek to understand and then solve their customers’ problems.
Prior to joining BookNook, Tim served as CRO at SurePoint Technologies, a private-equity owned legal technology company, which delivers accounting and practice management software to law firms. In this role, Tim led the sales and marketing teams, driving improved performance while scaling the team for growth. Prior to joining SurePoint, Tim held numerous executive leadership roles at Thomson Reuters. Most recently, Tim was Vice President of State & Local Government, where he led the team responsible for meeting the legal information and software needs of public sector legal professionals nationwide, including US law schools and universities.
Tim earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Saint John’s University in Collegeville, MN. Tim and his wife, along with their children, reside in Prior Lake, MN.
